How to get your money back?

If you sent money to Bold Prime and the exchange refuses to pay you, which is very likely, there are still 1 or 2 possible ways to get your money back.

First, keep all emails as proof that you asked Bold Prime to return your money but the broker didn’t give it to you or delayed the process too long with the intention of not giving you a refund.

The next thing you should do is make a claim immediately! Contact your bank or credit card provider, explain how you were scammed into depositing money on an unregulated exchange and they refused to give you your money back. This is the simplest way you can get your money back and also makes Bold Prime the most affected. Because if multiple chargebacks are made, this will destroy Bold Prime’s relationship with payment providers.

What about wire transfer?

If you transfer to Bold Prime, there is no way to make a refund by wire transfer. For this step, you need to take the complaint to the next level. Please inform Bold Prime that you will contact the authorities and file a complaint against them. That will cause the exchange to consider the possibility of refunding you.

Another thing you can do is prepare a letter or email describing how you were tricked to send it to the regulatory authorities. Depending on the country you live in, you can do a google search to find the Forex brokerage authority in that country. Then give this letter or email to Bold Prime, informing you that you will send it to the regulator if Bold Prime doesn’t give you a refund.
